I know i can speak on behalf of us all as a family, we are more than impressed with the level of care that mum receives and we can’t thank you enough for taking such good care of her. We all miss her incredibly and her Alzheimer’s has left such a hole in our family but knowing she is not only well looked after but treated with kindness love care and genuine tenderness does make it easier.
The provision of care is in a homely, calm and peaceful environment. Where everyone knows each other and are treated professionally with kindness, care and respect.
Having spent months looking for a suitable care home for my cousin, I had almost given up hope when her social workersuggested Wodfalls. The moment I walked in I knew it would be perfect, as it looks and feels like a home rather than an institution. It must be awful to lose ones reason and freedom, but at Woodfalls there is enough care, sympathy and laughter to reassure everyone. My cousin has settled in, found a special friend and most importantly feels safe. Thank you to everyone at Woodfalls.
My Mother has been at Woodfalls for just over a year. We like the fact that Woodfalls is a small care home that has a homely feel and we feel that Mum is well cared for. The staff are always engaging with Mum, which is nice to see. Despite Mums illness she always seems happy and contented. We are grateful to Woodfalls for the work that they do and feel that mum is in safe hands.
My husband receives the best possible care and attention at all times – and I am always made to feel welcome whenever I visit. I’m very satisfied in all aspects.
The outings and entertainment make life at Woodfalls engaging and my Mother joined Woodfalls home nineteen months ago, she had lived a private and independent life. Moving to a close community would always be challenging. Once settled my concerns over her safety & health evaporated. I was able to visit more frequentlywhich please both of us. The team addressed all of her idiosyncrasies and special needs. Despite developing Dementia she still enjoys the many activities the team offers. Its reassuring to know that regular visits from professionals keep an eye on my mothers wellbeing.
